- Contractual Partner and Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between us and you as the guest via the offers presented in our booking portal.

- Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of our services on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation for you to submit a booking and thus make a legally binding offer.
By clicking the button “Book now for a fee of xx” on the final booking page, you submit a binding offer. Immediately thereafter, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your booking. The contract is concluded upon receipt of this confirmation email.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, there is no entitlement to accommodation in a specific apartment or room.
- Payment Terms
Payments via our booking system can only be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, Diners Club, Discover Card).
The agreed amount will be charged to your credit card no later than the day of arrival.
- No Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation of Booking
Contracts for the booking of accommodation do not provide for a statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Under our Comfort Rate, you may cancel the contract free of charge up to 7 days before the day of arrival. Under our Flexible Rate, free cancellation is possible until 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Any amounts already paid will be refunded to your credit card in these cases.
For cancellations under the Comfort Rate between 6 days prior to arrival and the day of arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the booking price. The same applies to cancellations under the Flexible Rate from 6:01 pm on the day of arrival. You are expressly entitled to prove that no damage or only lesser damage was incurred as a result of your cancellation.
Bookings made under the Best Price Rate are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
- Prices
All prices quoted are total prices. Local taxes and charges payable by the guest under local regulations, such as visitor’s tax, are not included and will be charged separately.
In the event of changes to taxes, fees or levies, we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly. For contracts with consumers, this applies only if more than four months elapse between the conclusion of the contract and the price adjustment.
- Minimum Stay
Unless otherwise stated in the room description, rooms may be booked without a minimum stay.
- Check-In
The reserved room will be available to the guest from the check-in time stated in the room description on the day of arrival.
Early check-in may be arranged in advance upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us prior to arrival.
- Check-Out
The reserved room is available to the guest until the check-out time stated in the room description on the day of departure.
Unless otherwise agreed, all keys and key cards provided must be returned to us or, if agreed, to another reception desk upon departure.
If a key or key card is lost or not returned due to the guest’s fault, we reserve the right to charge EUR 350.00 per key. You are expressly entitled to prove that no damage or only lesser damage was incurred. Further claims for damages remain unaffected.
Late check-out may be arranged in advance upon request. Please contact us prior to departure.
- Use of the Hotel Room
The use of the room for purposes other than accommodation, in particular any commercial use by the guest such as prostitution or other services or activities, is strictly prohibited.
Non-commercial use for other purposes, such as photo or video recordings for publication, is only permitted with our prior consent.
In the event of violations, we are entitled to terminate the contract without notice.
- Termination Without Notice
We are entitled to terminate the contract without notice for good cause.
- Good cause exists in particular if rooms are booked under misleading or false information or by concealing material facts such as identity, creditworthiness or purpose of stay,
- if the purpose or occasion of the stay is unlawful,
- or if the guest significantly violates our rights by grossly neglecting the duty of care or by transferring the room to a third party without authorization.
The right to ordinary termination remains unaffected for both parties.
- Non-Smoking Rooms
All hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas and communal spaces. Smoking is permitted on balconies and terraces.
In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to claim damages in the amount of EUR 250.00 for additional cleaning costs and any loss of revenue due to the room being temporarily unavailable. You are expressly entitled to prove that no damage or only lesser damage was incurred. Further claims for damages remain unaffected.
- Dispute Resolution
The accommodation provider is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Consumers have not been able to submit complaints via this platform since 20 March 2025. The platform will be discontinued on 20 July 2025.
- Final Provisions
The contract text is stored by us but is no longer accessible to the customer via the internet.
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
